Jozef Myburgh was previously Managing Director at Business Improvement Practitioners, responsible for business development and also managing the finances, or as he puts it, drinking a lot of coffee with a lot of people. Other than managing his caffeine levels, he likes to study various topics, ranging from success examples, entrepreneurship, process improvement and leadership effectiveness.
Prior to joining Business Improvement Practitioners, he headed up Telkom’s Business Improvement Office, ensuring a strong Lean/Sigma grounding and delivering a couple of key project successes with the team. Also in Telkom, he spent time as Customer Centricity Officer, working on developing a data mart, developing data analytics expertise and working towards proper customer segmentation and targeted marketing. All of this was superseded with a number of senior operational positions, ranging from call centres, commercial back offices to retail shops.
He has vast experience with executive coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming and change management, as well as with improvement projects, more specifically in the service environment.
