We are currently busy developing a detailed business plan whereafter funds will be allocated.

Quintaessencia is operating in the Service Industry in Mozambique. They have a passionate management team that were able to establish and grow the business over the last five years. In conjunction with Nxt Lvl Growth we have identified exciting growth opportunities. The business is very well positioned to add significant value to the social economic requirements in Mozambique hence Nxt Lvl Growth’s involvement. We are currently in final business planning stage and funding will be allocated shortly.
RBS is a mining specialist consulting company, aligning sensible people solutions with powerful business strategies. As a leading Organisation Design and Development Consultancy, they specialise in making mining capital projects operationally ready through sound research, detailed design, thorough planning and implementation. Nxt Lvl has been involved with RBS since 2008. The growth model of RBS will address critical mining and oil & gas skills development in Africa and potentially other emerging market regions.
Tarcon (Pvt) Ltd
Tarcon is an African infrastructure business with operations in Zimbabwe, Zambia and Mozambique. Due to infrastructure challenges in Africa, the company is well positioned to add value to this critical area which is necessary for economic growth in the region. Tarcon meets Nxt Lvl Growth’s investment mandate but we will only engage with Tarcon’s executive for developing and implementing the Nxt Lvl Growth strategy in the next phase. At the moment Nxt Lvl Growth’s official capital raising partner, OVC Capital, is raising the capital for its first phase growth strategy.
