In support of the PE Funds, we undertake and execute a “gap analysis” on all the targeted businesses whether current investments or new. The aim is to quickly identify efficiency and effectiveness gaps in both revenue and cost opportunities with a view to implement rapid changes to ensure return to profitability or increased profitability. Tested methodologies and models will be used in this process. Quick savings and growth opportunities are crucial to the Nxt lvl E-merge business model (profit sharing). We also see opportunities in enabling start-ups (investments in business ideas or new business) and putting them on a profitable road early on. Although we aim to drive targeted businesses to profitability (or improved profitability) the long term sustainability is foremost in our goals.

Applying a Systems Thinking model, using Lean thinking
Applying Turnaround models, where applicable
Doing Lean/Sigma process Improvement
Mobilization of highly skilled and adequately experienced people.
Skills transfer and training.
Ensuring the most suitable management tools and measurements (linked to the applicable KPI’s) to assist management.
